Can You Make Money From Facebook Ads
***Can you really make money from Facebook?***
Hi guys,
My question is simple, i created a Facebook page related to bodybuilding a year ago, suddenly for some reason it has started picking up in terms of like and now there are almost 1,000 likes on the page. Iknow thats not much, but im wondering is it worth it to invest time and effort into expanding it and how many likes do i need before lets say being able to make around 500$ per month? is that even a realistic ambition?
i would really appreciate any guidance

thank you that was very helpful

Well you can't make any money from Facebook without understanding how to market on Facebook.
The amount of likes has nothing to do with determining a monthly income. Where have you been the last year since you became a member? I suggest you use this forum daily and learn the in's and out's of Social media.
You can start by checking out this section of the forum.

Hey iyadovic,
One of the problems with Facebook Pages is that Facebook no longer shows all your posts to all your fans.
So now you have to pay advertising money to "boost" your FB fan page posts and then hope that you're marketing skills are so good that you could get a large percentage of those fans to buy what you're selling.
I have several FB fan pages (in different niches) that I built over the years, but I only use them as secondary marketing vehicles. My primary marketing is through Facebook Ads, which offer a more measurable way not only to target your prime customers but also to sell products to them online.
A side benefit of this is that a certain percentage of those people who see your ads will also "like" your page. (if you're using Newsfeed ads tied to your FB fan page)

The answer is simple "YES".
After one of my articles went viral since 7 days ago, I've been steadily earning at least $100 a day through heavy traffic from facebook. My article has been shared 52K times in 7 days until now.

52k shares is fantastic. Would you mind telling me how you monetize that article please? Not specifically but what type of offer are you using?

Yes, you can earn a few hundred dollars a week just through your Facebook page. I've done loads of tutorials on it.
All you've got to do is set up a mylikes/likes account. Create a Facebook page, comment on similar pages, build a following and then just post the links from your from mylikes.
I used to earn about $200 a week from Facebook and Tumblr.

But, I have heard that some using MyLikes are being penalized for linking to that site. I'm pretty sure it worked before, but I would not count on Mylikes as a 'moneymaking plan' now.

I would rather see you use paid ads to monetize quicker...
While building likes in the background from people liking your paid posts
P.S. And yes, you can make a ton of money on FB

tsu - The Future of Social Media Marketing
I just so happened to stumble upon this website by chance, and I seriously think this is the future of Social Media Marketing. The new social media site donates 90% of all profits back to its users. They pay YOU to post content and recruit others. The genius catch is to sign up, you MUST be referred. It is like a mix-up of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr. This might possibly become the "Home Base" of Social Media Marketing.
It is absolutely free to sign up and its quite an interesting site. Check it out below.

Yes, you can make piles of money from Facebook.
A simple way is viral content sending traffic to an ad supported site. Many publishers make fortunes doing this.
You can use Facebook ads to send huge volumes of traffic wherever you like consistently. You just need a decent monetization strategy in place.
I like creating engaging content, kick starting it with paid ads and earn on my site from ads, affiliate promotions and my email newsletter.
I wouldn't rely on organic reach only though; work on generating profit from Facebook ads and you can generate vast sums of profit daily.
{{ DiscussionBoard.errors[9672305].message }}
If you're getting good feedback like that, you might as well capitalize on it. Try to find out where the traffic is coming from.
And yes, you can profit from Facebook.

On the whole, you get what you pay for.
